Mark started at Tire Craft in 1994 as a Tire and Service Technician. After a few years of working behind the scenes, he decided to work at the front counter. He quickly worked his way to management and has been working in that role helping and advising our customers on their vehicle needs ever since. After 30 years of working at Tire Craft, he is now proud Owner and Operator of our company and looks forward to continuing to provide excellent service for years to come.
Tricia became a part of Tire Craft in 2007 as our Office Manager. She has been in charge of making sure our business runs smoothly and efficiently. She also has her Master's Degree in marketing. To many of our customers she is known as "The Voice Behind The Wall".
Jason has been with us since 1999. He is our head technician and an Advanced Level Specialist. He is certainly one of the most knowledgeable technicians we have since his passion is learning why things break and figuring out how to fix them. In his spare time, he continues his work on cars and many different projects. James's father came in one morning in 1995 for and oil change and saw a "Help Wanted" sign. He said "My son will come in and start working tomorrow." He didn’t show up the next day but luckily the day after he did and he has been a valuable part of Tire Craft ever since. He has obtained many ASE certifications over the years and is very efficient in his vehicle repairs. Jason joined Tire Craft in 2010. He is one of our Tire and Service Technicians. He has also been our "tire manager" and makes sure our guys can find the tires they need to get our customers on the road. He also provides excellent service for our customers and handles their vehicle needs.
Dave has been involved in the automotive field for quite some time. He started with us in 2012. He is definitely the most creative of the Tire Craft team. Not only is he an excellent Tire and Service Technician but he plays a big part in Halloween and creating life-like make up to please himself and scare everyone else.
